Thanks for all the support since we’ve launched What Would Wu Eat? After seeing Mitch’s delicious review of Elmhurst restaurants, Council Member Daniel Dromm and Comptroller John Liu headed to Lao Kou Wei to taste their infamous soups, attempt to pull noodles and kick off Eat Elmhurst restaurant week.

Make sure to check out Lao Kou Wei and the other participating restaurants of Eat Elmhurst this week and support local businesses in Queens!

    Dear Mr. Wu,
I like to eat Chinese food too especially the soup because they are healthy food and my grand mother is Chinese :) I have been to the Niagara Falls and maybe one day I can visit New York City and try the hand made noodle. I am very happy that you wrote a comment at my blog. Yes, I love to write about tasty, healthy food too and I always try to avoid eating junk and unhealthy food :)

That is great. Most kids your age love junk food and don’t eat healthy, but it’s so good to know you enjoy eating and staying healthy :). Yes, please visit Lao Kou Wei if you’re ever in NYC. Their noodles and soup are delicious and really affordable ($4 for a whole big bowl of noodles!). And keep coming back to our blog to read about other delicious and healthy places to eat in NYC!
